Requesting help

For a booking coordinated through FareGoBuddy, call our team with the booking reference, passenger name and requested change. We can help review the information available for that booking. Contact the airline directly for urgent travel-day assistance or when directed by your ticket provider.

Service charges and timing

If a separate service charge applies, its amount and refund conditions should be reviewed before booking authorization. Refund processing time depends on the party that collected the payment and the payment provider. This page does not establish a separate 24-hour cancellation guarantee.
